When you say "share the Music folder of your profile (normally c:\users\username\music) with your user", does that mean share the music folder on my Mac with my user on my PC? If so, I tried right clicking the folder on my Mac and going to "Share", but the options I get are Mail, Messages, Airdrop, and a bunch of social media options. My destination PC has two storage drives, one 128gb ssd for boot and one 1tb ssd for mass storage. It may be pretty silly, but I think I just need someone to hold my hand and walk me through that. Honestly, I'm pretty sure I just goofed up the network transfer process and that's why it didn't work. I already have two external drives that I use for mass storage backup, but neither has been formatted for exFAT and I can't reformat them because they have a bunch of important stuff on them. I couldn't get either to work, and I'd rather not have to go buy a new large flash drive just for the purposes of doing this library transfer.
